About the Job
Job overview:
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors and increase appropriate skills.
  • Collect accurate data on client performance and behavior during each session.
  • Follow treatment plans and behavior protocols as designed by the BCBA.
  • Communicate client progress, concerns, and session updates to the supervising BCBA and caregivers.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and professional therapeutic environment.
  • Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Complete session notes and required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain RBT certification (if applicable) and complete required continuing education and competency assessments.
