Job Details:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
- Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress.
- Provide parent training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements.
- Manage caseload and ensure ethical service delivery.
BCBA – Requirements:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- State licensure.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass background check and maintain professional liability insurance.
